You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
• Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
