What You'll Do:
Ensure Compliance and Legal Standards: Stay ahead of legal requirements and government reporting regulations, ensuring all HR functions are in compliance.
Drive Competitive Compensation: Partner with the Compensation team to conduct wage surveys and analyze data, helping us maintain a competitive edge.
Lead Talent Acquisition: Recruit, interview, and select top talent to fill open positions, building a strong and capable team.
Onboard and Develop Our Team: Coordinate new hire and leadership orientations, and facilitate training and cross-training activities.
Foster a Positive Culture: Assist in hosting events that boost morale and strengthen our company culture.
Support Performance Management: Ensure facility leadership is well-versed in performance management activities, including reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
Resolve Associate Relations Issues: Partner with the corporate HR team to investigate and resolve associate relations issues, providing guidance to management.
Communicate Effectively: Write and respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage Separations and Conduct Exit Interviews: Prepare separation notices and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
Analyze and Improve HR Processes: Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Represent the Organization: Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations when needed.
Manage Temporary Labor: Process temporary labor requests to meet facility needs.
Coordinate Associate Events: Work with the operations team to plan and execute engaging associate events.
Provide Administrative Support: Assist with administrative functions for the General Manager and other site leaders.
Promote Safety: Observe and enforce company safety rules.

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of HR specialist experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
The ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 operation.
Preferred: Experience with ADP platforms (WFN and RM).
Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Preferred: Experience in a HAZMAT facility or fulfillment center.
