Position Overview
The position will work closely with the PMI Region – HR Benefits and Payroll team to facilitate the HR processes related to employee records and employment status. This position involves maintaining the integrity and reliability of our HR data while requiring a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This position also requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will have experience with HRIS software, strong project management skills, proficient analytics and report creations utilizing Excel, Tableau and other various computer systems. This position must have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
