INSULATION INSTALLER – WEATHERIZATION TECHNICIAN (RESIDENTIAL)

This position consists of installing attic and wall insulation (fiberglass batt, blown, and cellulose), air sealing, and applying spray foam insulation to residential homes. We’re a family-owned and operated company and are looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our work fam!

Job Responsibilities:

• Job site preparation
• Removing old insulation with removal machine 
• Installing attic and wall insulation (fiberglass batt, blown, and cellulose), air sealing, and applying spray foam insulation
• Job site cleanup
• Maintenance and repair of equipment
• Inventory of material and supplies
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding
• Able to be on your feet all day.
• Work outside and inside
• Pull heavy weighted hoses
• Climb ladders, and not afraid of heights 
• Ability to wear a respirator when needed 
• Lift at least 50 pounds
