BraveView has been engaged by a growing $12mm Commercial Landscape company in the Piscataway, NJ market to recruit and hire an Irrigation Manager to join their organization. This is a newly created position as they want to find someone who can own this part of the business, nurture it and grow it into a profitable department.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 based on skill & experience plus performance based bonus
Purpose: Lead the Irrigation Department which includes the install and maintenance of commercial and residential irrigation systems
Goals : Serve the customer and the organization by leading an irrigation team to complete install projects on time, in budget and accident free.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead: responsible to develop and lead the irrigation division which provides irrigation installation and repair services.
2. Schedule: responsible for the daily schedule for irrigation installation projects and service calls. Managing schedules to fit customer demands as well as revenue goals for the company. Coordinate with landscape Project Managers to make sure irrigation installs are coordinated and materials procured. Additionally, you will work to fit in all warranty calls into the service technician’s schedule.
3. Train: responsible to train existing and new irrigation install team members and service technicians. This will involves regular scheduled meetings for receive feedback as well as provide training in meetings as well as on site training opportunities.
4. Grow: responsible for the growth of the irrigation division via revenue and staffing.
Many clients have old and outdated systems which may require an upgrade. We are looking to grow this division into a strong and profitable revenue stream.
5. On- site: responsible for the execution, quality and timeliness of installation projects and service work. This will involve onsite visits to understand the project, communicate with the technicians and help to identify solutions.
