Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 IT professionals, supporting over 1400 employees and 400+ mobile devices across multiple offices.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient system performance.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of key systems including Azure Entra AD, O365 suite, CommVault for backup and disaster recovery, and Azure Cloud infrastructure.
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, leveraging Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for server monitoring and support.
- Travel 50% of the time (domestic, with occasional overnight stays) to various office locations for on-site support and project management.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on management experience in IT operations.
- Strong experience in project management and vendor management.
- Expertise in Azure Entra AD, O365, CommVault, and Azure Cloud.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business requirements.
