We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our team for a 12-month assignment. This role involves a blend of Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities, focusing on delivering projects in a semi-agile environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in similar roles and possess strong skills in project coordination and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.
Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Oversee integration tasks, particularly with HL7 and Managed File Transfer technologies.
Work within healthcare settings, preferably with knowledge of health hospital applications.
Track progress of interface delivery and coordinate daily calls with the development team.
