Openwork is teaming up with a top-tier client in the vibrant Montrose area to bring on skilled Janitors! We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our professional cleaning team. As a Janitor , you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards in various commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, medical facilities, gyms, restaurants, schools, apartments, and industrial sites.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
• Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal
• Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, furniture, and windows
• Restock cleaning supplies and bathroom essentials as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Follow safety protocols and properly handle cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus, but not required—training will be offered to ensure success.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning procedures
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and moving throughout the shift
• Willingness to undergo training to meet company standards
• Must pass a background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
