Position : Junior Designer

Working Schedule : 8a-5p PST 

Salary Range :$2000-$2500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

We’re looking for a Designer to join our growing creative team. This role will work directly under our Director of Design to execute assets across digital and physical touchpoints. If you’re a fast-moving, detail-oriented designer excited to build beautiful things in service of business outcomes, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll bring our brands to life through clean, compelling visuals, across formats like:

• Email & Ads
  • Support campaign and flow design in Klaviyo
  • Design assets for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Web & Digital Assets
  • Create homepage banners, product images, icons, and Shopify assets
  • Assist in designing new landing pages with CRO principles in mind
• Packaging & Print
  • Prep packaging updates, dielines, and print files
  • Create inserts, pamphlets, and collateral for physical orders or events
• Brand Design & Execution
  • Extend and evolve visual identity systems under brand guidelines
  • Source imagery, develop moodboards, and prep files for print or dev
  • Pitch ideas for visual improvements or new formats

Requirements: 

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or packaging design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud. Nice to have: Figma knowledge
• Comfortable designing across web, email, social, and print
• Able to move quickly and manage feedback loops with grace
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Bonus points for: Shopify or Klaviyo experience, motion design chops, packaging or CPG experience
