Lead React Developer

Role Description:
Write clean and optimized code.
Design and build modular, reusable UI components, following best practices for maintainability and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed components, libraries, and applications to facilitate ease of understanding and onboarding for new team members.
Use pre-commit hooks and practices to maintain clean code on version control systems.
Essential Skills:
At least 7+ years of experience with ReactJS.
At least 2+ years of experience in a lead role.
At least 1 year of experience with GraphQL.
Experience with Web Server components or NextJS.
Familiarity with 3rd Party Frontend Libraries like MUI, Antd, or Radix UI.
Experience with Micro frontends and its principles like module federation.
Experience with package bundlers such as webpack or vite.
Knowledge of different rendering patterns.
Experience with state management tools such as Redux.
Ability to build modular and reusable UI components.
Experience with unit testing libraries like Jest, Jasmine, or Cypress.
Familiarity with system design and frontend patterns.
