Leak Survey Technician

Location: Gary, IN, 46401

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Leak Survey Technician to join our team in Gary, IN. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct leak surveys on natural gas pipelines and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and prevent potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct leak surveys using specialized equipment and tools
Identify and document leaks in accordance with company procedures
Communicate findings to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution
Maintain accurate records of survey results and corrective actions taken
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in leak detection or related field preferred
Knowledge of natural gas systems and equipment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
