A reputable law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its team. This is a fully in-office role—remote or hybrid arrangements are unavailable. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling legal and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
· Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates and deadlines
· Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
· Assist with billing, time entry, and expense tracking
· Answer phones and serve as a professional point of contact for clients
· Perform basic operational and office management tasks (e.g., supply ordering, vendor coordination, reception support)
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant in a law firm environment
· Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document formatting
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· Ability to work in the office Monday through Friday
· Experience supporting litigation attorneys
· Familiarity with California court rules and procedures
· Comfortable taking initiative and handling operational responsibilities
Salary: $77,000 - $83,000- commensurate with your experience and qualifications
