Job Description

Summary

We are looking for Licensed Realtors (must have license already) who want to dominate specific geography(ies) in Ontario. We are a team that has systems for lead generation, marketing, transaction coordination, etc, to help agents reach a level of dominance in the community that they choose to work. In addition to support with training, coaching, human resources, tech resources, etc, you will also be provided playbooks that guarantee success.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct minimum two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
