We are currently seeking a Mainframe Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Mainframe Sr. BA

• Candidate will work closely with the business, project manager, and development team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our mainframe-related projects.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Should possess a solid understanding of COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe utilities
• Should be adept at analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that our mainframe solutions align with business goals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Liaise with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Perform regular system analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
