Mall Security Guard – Uptown McComb

RockStep Capital is seeking a Mall Security Guard for Uptown McComb to ensure a safe and secure environment for our tenants, employees, and shoppers. Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol & Monitor: Conduct routine patrols of the property to identify and address any security risks.
• Emergency Response: Stay calm under pressure, respond to alarms, and assist during emergencies.
• Customer & Staff Safety: Escort individuals when needed, de-escalate situations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Incident Management: Write daily reports, document security breaches, and suggest improvements.
• Law Enforcement Collaboration: Coordinate with emergency responders when necessary.
• Professionalism & Integrity: Maintain a high standard of ethics while on duty.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Clean criminal record
✅ Strong observation and communication skills
✅ Ability to remain calm under pressure
✅ Previous security experience preferred but not required
✅ Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
✅ Valid driver’s license
