Influencer Coordinator
Position Overview The Influencer Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms. This position requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and manage campaigns effectively to drive brand goals.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies in alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Identify and engage potential influencers that align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future influencer partnerships and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with both influencers and target audiences.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about the influencer marketing landscape.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage effectively with influencers.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of brand marketing and marketing strategy development.
- Experience in content creation and campaign management.
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analysis and data interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
