Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate issue resolution with the Midas application. Resolve critical issues promptly. + Manage and execute change requests for Midas or similar applications. + Work with the Epic and Data Analytics teams to enhance reporting of adverse events, Core Measures, Utilization Reviews, etc. + Collaborate with vendors for patches, upgrades, or new features. + Coordinate with IT teams to ensure application maintenance. Will require occasional travel to Dallas On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site in Dallas up to 10%, as needed. Basic Qualifications: + Minimum 4 years of work experience. + Minimum 2 years using a patient safety application or other clinical metrics reporting application + Exposure to the Midas application + Minimum 2 years of application analyst experience + High School Diploma/ GED + Will require occasional travel to Dallas Preferred Qualifications: + Epic certifications, Clinical background (nursing, pharmacy, etc.). + Bachelor's degree or Nursing or clinical related certification Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
