As a Mortgage Loan Consultant, you'll provide expert advice to clients, guiding them through the mortgage process and helping them find the best financing solutions for their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to assess their financial goals and provide personalized mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
Educate clients on various mortgage products, rates, and terms, ensuring they fully understand their options.
Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring timely collection and accurate submission of necessary documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals, ensuring smooth communication and successful loan closings.
Stay informed on current mortgage trends, industry regulations, and market conditions to provide timely, relevant advice.
Manage and track the progress of multiple mortgage applications, keeping clients informed with clear, consistent updates.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or a related finance field.
Solid knowledge of various mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
Strong sales and customer service skills with an ability to build lasting rapport with clients.
Proficiency with mortgage software, tools, and computer systems.
Ability to multitask effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Active NMLS license required.
