What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate on Network Deployments: Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and support network solutions for customer-facing projects.
Manage Communications: Communicate with partners, oversee planned maintenance, and initiate change records.
Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support during network installations to ensure customer requirements are met.
Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee third-party vendor activities related to hardware, software, and service contracts.
Ensure Vendor Compliance: Ensure vendors comply with SLAs and contractual obligations.
Understand Network Requirements: Work to understand network requirements and ensure smooth project transitions.
Maintain Documentation: Maintain network documentation, prepare performance reports, and track equipment inventories.
Negotiate and Resolve Conflicts: Negotiate with internal teams to deconflict work and ensure smooth execution.
Participate in Change Control: Sit on the Change Control Board, resolve conflicts, and track progress.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Network Analyst or in a similar role.
Networking Knowledge: Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.).
Wireless Experience: Experience with wireless mobile networks (LTE, 4G, 5G, etc.).
Hardware/Software Experience: Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software solutions.
Vendor Management Skills: Strong vendor management, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Plus): Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA.
