MUST have PHD and EEG Experience.
My client is expanding and seeks a strong people manager to direct a team focused on EEG.
Responsibilities
1. Mentor and train staff, and ensure career development.
2. Design and develop experiments to analyze EEG pattern changes induced by pharmaceutical agents and other models.
3. Review and ensure the quality of analyzed EEG data.
4. Direct rodent studies, including surgeries, dosing, and EEG recordings.
5. Create study plans and reports, and work with partners on study design and data reporting.
6. Maintain and troubleshoot EEG recording equipment.
Qualifications
· PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, etc and 5+ years of demonstrated applicable experience in EEG.
· Ability to interact appropriately with all levels of employees and work effectively as a member of a team.
· Ability to simultaneously manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
· Demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
· Previous success as a team leader and motivator.
· Knowledge of electronics and EEG recording systems.
· Expertise in rodent EEG analyses.
· Statistical analysis.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
