Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for an experienced, professional Office Assistant to join our team! Ideal candidates will have superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Provide Administrative support
• Data Entry
• Handle accounts receivable/ payable
• General office work such as using scanners and photocopiers
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure complete and accurate records
• Any other tasks deemed necessary

Qualifications

• Intermediate level of Microsoft applications, including excel
• Data entry
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience
• Dealership experience is a must, minimum of 2 years
