We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations in our Denver office. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining an organized and efficient workplace by managing administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling, and providing excellent internal support to staff and departments.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Prepare reports, memos, and other documentation as requested
Greet and assist visitors professionally
Support various teams with administrative coordination and project tasks
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
