Job Description

Residential Real Estate Closing Firm in Dunwoody/Brookhaven area is looking to add a Pre-Closer to their team:

They will train.
Primary responsibility is administrative tasks prior to a real estate closing - taxes, payoffs, data entry, sending/requesting/uploading documents.
1-2 years office experience.
Basic computer and phone skills.
Ability to use basic Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word.
Must have professional demeanor, friendly, good customer service skills.
Fast learner, trainable.
Experience as a pre-closer is a PLUS, experience with SoftPro Real Estate Closing & Title Software, or other related software is a PLUS - will train.
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
$15 - Temp to Perm.
128 hours PTO/year (accrued), 401K, Healthcare ($265/month paid by employer), Dental, Vision.
