Job Announcement – DIO USA Implant

Company Overview

DIO Implant is a global leader in digital dentistry, headquartered in South Korea. DIO USA operates from Irvine, California, while the team we are hiring for is based at the DIO USA Lab Center in American Fork, Utah.

The DIO USA Lab Center specializes in manufacturing and supplying Custom Abutments, Zirconia crowns, Full-Arch solutions, and DIOnavi Surgical Guides to dental clinics across the United States. We are seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to the advancement of digital dentistry.

Open Positions & Responsibilities

1. Order Management, Scanning, and Stone Model Processing

• Manage and process incoming orders
• Perform digital scanning and stone model preparation
• Ensure accuracy and quality control in handling customer cases
• Experience with dental scanning software and stone model fabrication is a plus

2. Custom Abutment Milling & 3D Printer Operation and Post-Processing

• Operate Custom Abutment milling machinesand 3D printers
• Perform post-processing and quality control of manufactured products
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus

3. DIOnavi Surgical Guide Design & Logistics Support

• Assist in designing and producing DIOnavi Surgical Guides
• Support product logistics and inventory management
• Experience with CAD software and dental guide design is a plus

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or educational background based on the position
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Preferred experience in dental prosthetics, medical devices, or digital dentistry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English is required (Korean or additional languages are a preference)

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
