Job Description

1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Indonesian users, answering user inquiries, handling user feedback, and ensuring user satisfaction.
2. Use data analysis tools to gain a deeper understanding of the behavior habits and needs of Indonesian users, develop personalized user operation plans, and improve user engagement and retention rates.
3. Establish good cooperative relationships with local user communities and opinion leaders in Indonesia to expand user resources.
4. Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal departments such as product, technology, and sales, provide timely feedback on the needs and issues of the Indonesian market, and promote product optimization and business process improvement.
5. Participate in cross departmental projects, coordinate resources from all parties, and ensure the smooth progress of the project in the Indonesian market.
