Job Description

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Develop PR communication strategies and plans for Europe based on company strategy and brand goals, competitor analysis, and industry insights to enhance brand awareness in Europe.
2. Lead the planning of the annual PR Calendar, manage budgets and expense controls, and oversee the review of press release content, product evaluation tracking, media awards, and logo licensing.
3. Manage local PR agencies in Europe by establishing clear SOW & KPI, regularly reviewing work progress, ensuring high-quality service delivery from agencies, and implementing a vendor elimination mechanism for optimal collaboration.
4. Responsible for new product launch communication goals, strategies, and execution plans, including paid and earned media. Package product stories from a media perspective, distill competitive product selling points, establish deep collaborations with leading media, and promptly organize media feedback to optimize internal resources in conjunction with sales and product teams.
5. Maintain and expand media resources in European countries such as Germany, France, and Spain, establishing partnerships with mainstream technology, lifestyle, and DIY media, while building and maintaining an in-house media resource library. **Qualifications:**

1. Over 2 years of experience in public relations and media, with experience collaborating with international top-tier PR firms or media reporters; overseas study or work experience is preferred.
2. Preference for candidates with media resources in technology, lifestyle, or DIY sectors in Germany, France, Spain, and other European countries.
3. Excellent English communication and content writing skills, with proficiency in any additional language such as French, Spanish, or German.
4. Experience in media public relations for new product launches and international exhibitions; experience managing overseas PR agencies is a plus.
5. Strong analytical and summarization skills
