Position Overview: GD Resources LLC is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to provide full-time Park Attendant services across multiple parks within the Little Rock District. The role involves maintaining park facilities, assisting visitors, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct park inspections every two hours and perform additional cleanings as required.
Maintain restrooms and facilities by ensuring cleanliness, restocking supplies (toilet paper, hand soap), and addressing sanitation concerns promptly.
Operate gatehouses during scheduled hours, assisting visitors with information and entry.
Accurately collect and manage fees, including remittance to designated financial institutions.
Perform lawn and grounds maintenance to keep assigned areas clean and neat.
Address visitor inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Hours of Work:
Work schedules vary by park and are detailed in the Specific Park Sheets (SPS).
Must be available to work weekends and federal holidays as required.
Typical work shifts include 40 hours per week with two consecutive days off.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current CPR and First Aid certifications (proof required before start date).
Must provide a self-contained, hard-sided RV (maximum 35 feet) for assigned living areas.
Ability to furnish necessary cleaning supplies, tools, and lawn maintenance equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and cooperative demeanor.
Physically capable of performing outdoor maintenance tasks in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in park management, facility maintenance, or customer service roles.
Familiarity with fee collection processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates based on experience.
RV site with utilities provided for the duration of the contract.

Additional Information:
