Overview:

If making people happy, makes you happy, a hotel front desk, night audit, position is the perfect fit. This is an oppotunity to gain experience as a manager on duty and taking steps towards a front desk leadership role in the future. The starting rate is $16.50. This is an overnight position at the Cleveland Marriott East located near I-271 and Harvard & Richmond Roads.

Duties include completing audits of hotel transactions during evening shifts. 

Greet guests approaching the fronk desk and processes check-in/out transactions. Resolve booking issues.

Must be able to work any of the 7 days of the week on overnight shifts 11pm to 7:30am. Work schedules will be for 2-3 days per week as a part time position.

Provides excellent good customer-service

Must be able to manage conflict situations since the role is an overnight manager-on-duty.

Previous night auditing experience a plus!

Qualifications:

- excellent math aptitude

- Requires communication skills, attention to detail and flexible work schedule required.

- must stand up to 9 hours

- must be alert and awake on overnight shifts

- must work colaboratively with all department managers 

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $16.50/Hr. - $16.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
