Max Motors Dealerships is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Associate. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, and assist them in finding the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Process special orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Use the dealership's computer systems to accurately look up and order parts.
• Keep updated on inventory levels and communicate with the parts manager to ensure stock availability.
• Demonstrate knowledge of pricing and promotions to customers and assist in upselling products and services.
• Proactively suggest related items or services that may benefit the customer's vehicle.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments within the dealership to ensure smooth operations.

  Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a parts or service position preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with computers and able to learn new software programs quickly.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
