Job Description

This position reports to the hospital Client Service Supervisor & Hospital Administrator and is a client service team member which will be responsible for client communication, record keeping, invoice auditing, financial case management, accounts receivable and collections, keeping treatment plans updated, patient status updates and follow up.

Requirements:

Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills are required. The ideal candidate will be a client service oriented individual who is friendly, outgoing, and has excellent communication, and client service skills.
Must have knowledge of veterinary terminology, disease processes, and procedures.
Candidate must be dedicated to creating a healthy, positive work environment.
This position works weekends and holidays as this position supports our emergency and critical care department.
