Salary: $49,708 - $59,889

What You’ll Be Doing

As a People Operations Generalist , you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Employee Support & Compliance – Maintain personnel files, respond to unemployment claims, and keep up with employment law updates.
  •   Benefits Administration – Oversee health benefits, 401(k) enrollment, and wellness programs.
  •   Training & Development – Prepare and deliver supervisor skills training and safety programs.
  •   Workplace Safety & Compliance – Ensure OSHA and DOT regulations are met and assist in safety policy development.
  •   Leave & Workers’ Compensation – Manage leave cases and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims.
  •   Engagement & Culture – Be a go-to resource for employee inquiries and support company-wide HR initiatives.
