An innovative outpatient physical therapy clinic in Stanwood, Washington is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join its forward-thinking care team. Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized, 45-minute physical therapy sessions in an outpatient setting
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, enhanced by digital tools and real-time progress tracking
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, movement, and wellness strategies
Use cutting-edge clinical technology for streamlined documentation and outcome-based planning
Collaborate with PTAs and a supportive team of clinicians
Qualifications
Active Washington State Physical Therapist License (or eligible)
CPR certification
Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
Comfort with or interest in learning digital platforms
Open to new graduates and seasoned clinicians
Schedule and Compensation
Monday to Friday – no weekends or late nights
Full-Time or PRN (as-needed) options available
Hourly Rate: $42 – $52/hour
Equivalent Annual Salary: $87,000 – $108,000
Monthly performance bonuses based on patient engagement
