Dermatology opportunity for experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

$150,000 first year- negotiable - plus bonus

50% of Cosmetics profit in addition

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with skin conditions, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and manage common dermatologic conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin infections.
• Perform minor dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions of benign and malignant skin lesions.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including topical and systemic treatments, based on patient needs and current clinical guidelines.
• Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment options for dermatologic conditions.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing dermatologic procedures.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advances in dermatology.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices in dermatology care.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California.
• Proficiency in performing dermatologic procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cosmetic dermatology procedures such as Botox, fillers, and laser treatments.
