We are seeking a Portfolio Manager Lead for the Bank's Real Estate Technology group. You will be responsible leading a subset of the Real Estate Portfolio technology investments, associated projects and work efforts from the planning stage beginning with an initial business case, translating it into business capabilities and technology scope items through the oversight of execution and delivery of the business value through agile methodologies. You will work with all levels of the Real Estate organization from business owners, Agile product owners, IT architects and technology managers to plan and prioritize the work to deliver business value. The Real Estate Sub Portfolio is responsible for all Mortgage and Home Equity programs and projects and is governed by the Bank and USAA Enterprise Portfolio Management processes and standards.
Responsible for governing CoSA or local portfolios and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, controls and regulations. Partners with Executive Sponsors, Program Sponsors, business owners and additional stakeholders to ensure alignment to strategic objectives and effective prioritization, planning, delivery and benefits realization of work efforts.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position is based in San Antonio in the Federal Savings Bank Services building. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $104,660 - $199,970 .
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
