Professional Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:
· Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting
· Project Management to include, schedule, budge, personnel, and resources
· Business development and relationship management for public and private clients
· Coordination and supervision of multiple crews and survey CAD technicians on day-to-day operations
· Perform other work as directed including assisting survey manager with estimates and proposals, preparing field packets, and compiling deliverables in CAD
· Creation of boundary, topographic, and easement maps
· Assist engineering & surveying management with requested assignments
Job Qualifications:
· Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) required. North Carolina and/or South Carolina PLS license are preferred
· Must have experience building business relationships with current and potential client
· Must have experience with Easement/ Right-of Way Surveys, Plats, ALTAs, boundaries, property descriptions and topographic survey
· Experience with CAD and survey computation software including Civil3D, Carlson Survey and Trimble Business Center
· Field experience operating survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, Scan Station, sUAS)
