What You’ll Do As a Program Manager Operations - You will assist field teams with resolving job related issues
- You will develop, maintain and update job progress
- You will have direct contact with our customer to request job uploads in our system
- You will communicate with our customer with regard to job specifications, changes and deadlines
- You will have direct contact with our Field Supervisors
- You will attend weekly conference calls to review the status of projects
- You will be responsible for creating reports for all jobs in our system
- You will be responsible for tracking start and end time of job orders
- You will monitor performance and help to resolve delays and issues
- You will identify ways to streamline workflows and gain efficiencies
What You’ll Need - To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Additional Qualifications (if Applicable)- You have 5-7 years of experience of project management experience
- Previous experience in deliering OSP Telecommunications services or utility related industry
- Experience creating and managing the Project Manageent Plan
- You have PMP Certification (preferred)
- You are Proficient in Excel
- You have a solid understanding of Google
- You have strong data and analytical skills
- You have detailed reporting skills
- You have customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- You have effective communication skills
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation and organization
- Must be willing to travel
