Job Description

At Coast to Coast Connections, we are committed to driving effective communication and meaningful relationships for our clients. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our dynamic marketing and communications teams, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns with professionalism and integrity. As part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll help shape and elevate our clients' campaigns while continually learning and growing within the field.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Effectively communicate campaign details and messaging to target audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Ensure all campaign information is delivered ethically, professionally, and accurately to uphold the integrity of the brand.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in developing and implementing creative, innovative marketing campaigns tailored to client goals.
  • Participate in campaign training sessions, workshops, and conferences to improve knowledge continuously and skills.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and strategies.
  • Support and mentor other team members as needed to foster growth and collaboration.
  • Act as an ambassador for our clients, upholding their reputation and goals with the highest level of professionalism.
