Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing public relations and promotional marketing campaigns

• Coordinate live promotional events, manage on-site logistics, and ensure smooth event execution

• Collaborate with marketing and client teams to integrate PR strategies into branded experiences

• Build rapport with event attendees and communicate key messages engagingly

• Develop promotional materials, signage, and event visuals to enhance event presence

• Track event attendance, performance, and inventory; prepare organized success reports

• Maintain professional relationships with vendors, retail partners, and venue staff

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to support innovative ideas and campaign growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Creative problem-solver with a passion for brand storytelling

• Previous experience in PR, marketing, events, or customer service is a plus but not required
