This is a full-time, 100% remote position where you'll play a crucial role in testing and analyzing our innovative cardiac remote monitoring platform.

What You'll Do:
Quality Champion: You'll be a proactive self-starter with a sharp eye for detail, focused on delivering exceptional end-user experiences. You'll go above and beyond to ensure high-quality releases.
Collaboration Partner: You'll work closely with business partners and software development engineers to test applications and resolve any issues.
Test Strategist: You'll develop detailed test plans, assess risks, file detailed defect reports, and provide relevant data for test reporting.
Troubleshooting Expert: You'll troubleshoot, triage, and provide detailed debug information to expedite issue resolution.
Tech Stack Navigator: You'll test large technology stacks with multiple software components, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability.
Communication Driver: You'll drive cross-functional communications, understanding dependencies and ensuring tight timelines are met.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of industry experience working with cardiac devices (industry, hospital/clinic, remote monitoring).
A passion for troubleshooting failures and determining root causes.
Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability and enthusiasm for quickly learning new frameworks and technologies.
Bonus Points:
Experience working in health tech companies.
Previous experience in QA.
IBHRE Certification - CCDS or CDRMS.
Experience working with health records and medical device data, including HL7 data.
Experience working with relational databases/SQL - MySQL.
What We Offer:
