We're seeking a highly skilled Radio Frequency Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to research, design, develop, and test advanced electrical equipment and systems. You'll play a critical role in tackling complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and mentoring a team of talented engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Innovate and Design: Research, design, and develop cutting-edge RF systems and components for diverse applications.
Solve Complex Problems: Apply your deep understanding of electrical theory and materials properties to solve challenging technical issues.
Model and Simulate: Utilize C++ and computer science expertise to model and simulate advanced weapons, communications, and sensor systems.
Collaborate and Lead: Work within multidisciplinary teams, acting as a domain expert to develop computer-based models and simulations.
Mentor and Guide: Share your expertise and mentor junior engineers, fostering their technical growth.
Analyze and Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of RF and radar systems, including foreign ground C4 systems.
Ensure Compliance: Supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with C++ software engineering or computer science, particularly in modeling and simulation of weapons, communications, or sensor systems.
Expertise in RF antennas and track filters.
Strong knowledge of RF and radar systems.
A Secret security clearance.
A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering or physics, or a Master's degree and 4+ years of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with modeling and simulation (preferred).
Knowledge of foreign ground C4 systems (preferred).
A Top Secret clearance (preferred).
