Futures Staffing, in San Antonio, TX is looking for in house recruiters to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

We provide all different levels of services for business providing them with staffing services for temporary employees, temporary to permanent, direct hire and even day labor and now we are reaching out to you to service the clients by providing them with tons of differential staffing options

Recruiting Agent

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team! This is a person customer service position. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding daily activity goals while helping customers by providing exceptional customer service to our beloved clients.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will Handle inbound/outbound calls, helping to support clients, building retention, along with their inquiries and/or complaints.

This position requires you to post on job boards, schedule, interview and onboard new applicants, interacting with hundreds of candidates each week, as well as speaking with current clients as needed customer service/support.

Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling

Lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer

Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer candidate questions while following all policies, and procedures

Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information

Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and managerial for resolution as needed

Attend meetings and training and review all new training material to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes

Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Basic understanding of Windows operating system

Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues

An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation

Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)

Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self manage

Strong team orientation and customer focus

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
