Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, laws, and accreditation standards.
• Conduct audits of pharmacy operations to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate their implications to leadership and staff.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for pharmacy staff to promote best practices.
• Review and update pharmacy policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve compliance-related issues and optimize operational workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm).
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Experience: Experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or pharmacy operations is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
