Job Description:
We are hiring a Remote Document Control Specialist to manage and organize critical business records. This role ensures all files are accurately labeled, securely stored, and accessible to authorized personnel, supporting compliance and operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
Digitize, organize, and archive internal documents
Ensure proper version control and document approval tracking
Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance
Create naming conventions and manage document access permissions
Support remote teams in retrieving required documentation
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required
Valid U.S. government-issued ID
High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree a plus
1–2 years experience in document management or records control
Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, DocuWare)
Strong organizational skills and attention to confidentiality
Secure home office and reliable internet connection
