Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate nurse to provide whole patient care to our deserving patients in the Yuma, AZ area. Our clinicians have the opportunity to care for our patient right in the comfort of their home.

Compensation: This position comes with a very competitive, hourly, pay plan.

Shifts: Three 4hr shifts with 1:1 patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care to our patient(s) requiring professional nursing.
• Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to NCP policy.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a RN required in the state of (AZ).
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Registered Nurse with home health experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured, in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, and in good working order.
• Must pass a pre-employment screening.
