Job Overview:

Position Summary

Deliver a safe and patient-focused environment for procedures as an Endoscopy RN. In this role, you will be a trusted member of the patient care team. You will assist with procedures and provide Pre and Post procedure care. You will play a key role in our Hospital's mission of Putting Patients First. Escort patients to procedures, assist with care planning, maintain and order equipment supplies, and be the driving force for safety. Step into a culture of strong bonds between patients and colleagues, and help advance our focus on care and caring.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Active valid New Jersey RN license required
• BSN required OR must be willing to sign a 5-year agreement to obtain your BSN
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association required
• One (1) year of RN experience in a hospital setting required
• Minimum of 1 year Endo experience strongly preferred
• Epic experience preferred

Preferred Criteria:

One year experience in Endoscopy

Previous experience processing instruments and assisting in Endoscopy procedures

SGNA certification

Clinical ladder possibilities

Scheduling Requirements :

• Day Shift, 40 Hours per week
• Nights, weekends, and holidays on call rotation is required
