Job Description

Job Summary The RV Parts Associate will be responsible for helping customers, receiving and stocking parts, researching parts for customers, shipping items to customers, performing parts inventory related duties and various other duties that come with running a parts counter. Benefits

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Assist RV technicians with procuring parts for service jobs
• Communicate with customers on parts status
• Provide parts price quotes and other information needed to customers
• Record all sales transactions using the company system/tools
• Assist in maintaining the retail parts floor and displays to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform periodic inventory maintenance including cycle counts and year end inventory
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• 2 years or more of parts experience preferred
• Strong understanding of mechanical and technical terms associated with RV systems
• Ability to mutli-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
