What You'll Do:
As a Sales Account Manager/Client Services Manager, you will build meaningful relationships, educate communities, and drive growth for our home care services. Your role will include:
Engaging with Clients: Identify and connect with potential clients and their families, providing tailored home care solutions based on their unique needs.
Building Relationships: Establish strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to promote our services.
Educating the Community: Conduct presentations and outreach to raise awareness about home care services and their benefits.
Driving Sales: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Ensuring Satisfaction: Follow up regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional support.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify growth strategies.
Reporting Progress: Maintain accurate sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.

Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in home care, healthcare, or a related industry.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
Expected to work at least 40 hours per week
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of healthcare sales experience (required)
A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience (required)
