What the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role Offers You

In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving our growth by generating new business opportunities. You’ll be on the front line of our sales efforts, working closely with senior colleagues to identify and qualify potential leads. This is your opportunity to develop essential sales skills, gain deep insights into the SaaS industry, and gather invaluable experience that will propel your career forward. A significant portion of your role will involve collaborating with the Customer Success team to schedule meetings aimed at selling our new services, as well as securing new opportunities for the Account Executives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience & tools : 2+ years in a SDR role (or similar), including experience from:
    • Proven experience utilizing Outreach to strategically target accounts through tailored sequences
    • Leveraging Sales Navigator to identify and engage with new leads, as well as using ZoomInfo for prospecting
    • Using Salesforce to manage and track sales activities is required.
  • Skills & Qualities: Enthusiastic, relationship-focused, and success-driven. Strong communicator with resilience and creativity in lead generation, including cold calling.
  • Curiosity & Growth: While experience in the building industry isn’t required, you’re eager to learn and grow with the company.
  • Resilience and Initiative : You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and explore creative strategies to generate leads.
  • Flexibility: Open to traveling for exhibitions or visits to other BIMobject offices.
  • Education & Language: A university degree (or equivalent) is preferred, and fluency in English is essential.
