Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Full Time - Permanent Position

Mooresville, NC - On Site 5 days a week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist with advanced expertise in both s trategy development and campaign execution . This role is pivotal in driving the success of email marketing initiatives, combining strategic planning, hands-on implementation, and performance measurement. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support growth in both consumer and B2B markets, leveraging your technical mastery of SFMC email tools to create impactful, data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns aimed at enhancing customer retention and engagement.
• Utilize Journey Builder to design automated, personalized customer journeys that nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
• Optimize retention initiatives using tools like Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder within SFMC.
• Perform A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to align retention campaigns with acquisition and promotional objectives.
• Manage campaign deployment schedules and conduct post-send performance assessments.
• Use Salesforce’s analytics tools to monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Create performance dashboards to provide actionable insights and present campaign results to leadership.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to maintain innovative and competitive email marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and Analytics Studio.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and SOQL for email template development and data manipulation.
• Experience with AMPscript and SSJS (or similar marketing languages) to deliver dynamic, personalized content.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is preferred, though practical expertise is highly valued.
• Expertise with “Paid Media” and/ or Google Analytics is highly valued.
