SAP Basis Product Specialist

Job Summary

The Product Specialist (SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration) is responsible for the effective implementation of SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration strategies. The role involves overseeing and managing the upgrade and migration process to ensure a seamless transition to S/4HANA, meeting business objectives and requirements. (1.) Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the upgrade and migration process to sap s/4hana.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and align upgrade strategies accordingly.
• Perform system assessments, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure successful migration to s/4hana.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the upgrade process and post upgrade support.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders during and after the upgrade.

Skill Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of sap basis administration and s/4hana architecture.
• Proficiency in sap system upgrades, migrations, and conversions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in sap environments.
• Experience with system testing, performance tuning, and monitoring in sap landscapes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP S/4HANA Installation and Upgrade (If any)

SAP BASIS HANA ADMINISTRATOR

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Installation and Configuration of ECC 6.0, BOBJ 4.2, BODS, SAP SLT, Fiori, PIPO, Control-M, Solution Manager 7.2
• Experience on AWS, RISE Cloud environment with SAP
• Experiencing in working on various Operating systems like SUSE LINUX, Windows, databases like HANA, Sybase.
• SAP HANA system administration using SAP HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio
• Perform SAP System Refresh on ABAP and JAVA Platforms
• experience in both ABAP and Java systems administration.
• Planning and Applying of Support pack stacks upgrades, EHP upgrades
• SSO Configuration SetupSupport
• SAP Interface Monitoring and Maintenance
• SAP PO /PI, BTP, SLD Configuration
• SAP Transport Management
• Manage SAP Application/Infrastructure Outages
• SAP Solution Manager Technical Configuration, Managed system Configuration
• Perform SAP sizing for various applications.
• Upgrade all SAP-Add-On products for each SAP component (ECC, etc.)
• Upgrading the SAP kernel patches.
• SAP SLT replication setup and troubleshooting issues.
• SAP Notes Deployment
• Communicate with SAP for analysis session, PrePost go-live session and implement suggested improvements.
• Performance monitoring, workload analysis, performance tuning
• Experience with backup and recovery.
• Perform System Copy in Homogeneous environments.
• Willing to work in 24x7 Production support.

Requirement:

• Candidate should have 5 to 7 years of strong experience in SAP Basis and HANA administration
